Role Description As a Financial Services Professional at Bankers Life, you will help clients understand and plan for their retirement and long-term financial needs through personalized consultations. On a day-to-day basis, you will meet with individuals and families, assess their current financial situations, and recommend insurance and investment solutions aligned with their goals. You will build and maintain client relationships, provide ongoing service and policy reviews, and stay informed about financial products, regulations, and market trends. The role involves collaborating with local team members, participating in training and development programs, and supporting outreach activities within the community. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lakeland, FL, with a combination of in-office client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Services. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and related financial concepts. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are beneficial. Licenses or willingness to obtain applicable state insurance and securities licenses (e.g., life/health insurance, FINRA registrations) are highly beneficial. Demonstrated client-service orientation, ethical judgment, and ability to build trust-based relationships are preferred. Comfort with working in a goal-driven environment, using CRM tools, and managing a structured schedule is advantageous.
