97/hour DOE Description Global Finance partners with company business units to proactively provide relevant, timely and accurate financial reporting, innovative analysis and business insights that impact strategic decision-making while protecting the interests of investors/clients, associates, and company shareholders. Seeking an individual contributor, manager level contractor to serve as a strategic finance partner and internal consultant to senior leaders, influencing and driving critical projects that impact the company's long-term strategy. Contractor will Lead complex, strategic financial planning, reporting and business decision support, translating financial and business insights into clear recommendations. Build strong business partnering capabilities and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of priorities.
Qualifications Needed:
Demonstrated experience as a senior finance leader and strategic business partner, with a consulting mindset and a proven track record of advising executive leadership within complex, global organizations. Proven ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose, driving measurable business results Experience operating successfully in fast-paced environments, with strong capabilities in anticipating business needs, generating actionable insights, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading programs or projects to successful outcomes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges using a structured, consulting-oriented approach. Ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable execution plans, including clear ownership, governance, processes, and accountability measures. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
