Group Finance Director Job Summary The Accounting & Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will report to the Group Finance Director based in Europe, with the U.S. headquarters located in Bardstown, KY. Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights. This position requires strong leadership skills to drive process improvements, analyze project performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Primary Duties Financial Management & Reporting:

Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure accurate reporting Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Manage cash flow forecasting and present financial results to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project performance
