Chief Information Officer The IT BRM Finance & HR serves as the primary liaison between IT and business partners, identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities, defining business needs, collaborating with IT leadership to develop solutions, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive adoption and change management initiatives. Essential Functions + Act as the trusted advisor and single point of contact for Finance, Procurement and HR stakeholders on IT-related matters + Understand Finance strategies, processes, and challenges to proactively identify technology solutions that drive business value + Facilitate demand management, prioritization, and roadmap planning for Finance-related IT initiatives + Collaborate with enterprise architects, application teams, and vendors to design and deliver effective solutions + Monitor performance of Finance & HR IT services, ensuring service levels meet business needs + Lead change management efforts for Finance & HR-related technology initiatives to ensure adoption and benefits realization + Stay informed on emerging technological trends in Finance (e.g., ERP, financial analytics, automation, AI) and assess applicabilitySUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsRequired:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems or related field + 5+ years of experience in Finance process transformation / improvement initiatives + Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) + Experience with Coupa procurement processes, including Purchase Orders (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and invoice workflows + Solid understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes, accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close activities + Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Accounting, Procurement and IT teams to translate business requirements into system solutions + Strong stakeholder management skillsPreferred:

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
