- $180,000.
This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate s skills and experience, as well as internal equity. Empire Life is looking to hire a National Manager, World Financial Group (WFG) to join our Retail Distribution team! We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. The National Manager, World Financial Group (WFG) leads, manages, and coaches a team of Account Executives and Retail Sales Associates to execute effective territory sales plans and ensure the maximization of sales and persistency within the defined account of World Financial Group. What you ll be working on Territory and Sales Development Achieve sales targets and persistency for insurance and investment products, direct team expansion into new markets, and maximize cross-channel referral opportunities. Represent Empire Life at key World Financial Group (WFG) and industry events to support the frontline team and promote brand credibility. Leadership and Coaching Lead through an accountable culture, conducting regular team calls, performance reviews, and career development planning in collaboration with the Director, National Partnerships. Participate in recruiting top-tier sales professionals for the WFG channel. Partner Engagement and Market Intelligence Build and maintain long-term relationships with WFG hierarchies using a consultative approach to increase sales, uncover business opportunities, and align with Empire Life s vision. Gather competitor and market intelligence from the team to inform product development and marketing strategy. Operational and Compliance Oversight Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and contribute to the management of expense and promotional budgets. What we re looking for you to have Bachelor s degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. LLQP License required; CFP, CLU, or CSC preferred. 5+ years of face-to-face sales; and relationship management experience in the insurance/financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of World Financial Group (WFG). Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the insurance / financial services industry. Well-developed relationship management; team management skills Good communication ability; including negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentations Exceptional time, project and multi-tasking management skills to meet demanding priorities and timelines. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, digital technology, and AI systems. Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset. Working knowledge of Empire Life s products would be an asset.
