Begin as a Financial Professional , learning to: Develop and maintain client relationships Deliver personalized financial solutions (insurance, retirement, investment strategies) Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and client data Generate leads through prospecting , networking , and warm outreach Meet key milestones in licensing and production within your first 12 months• Transition into our Associate Partner Training Program — a 6-month intensive training program to prepare you for leadership Recruit, train, and manage your own team of
