1 day/ week REMOTE Working in lockstep with the employer's Marketing, Sales and Product teams. About Our Client Our client is a well-established consumer products manufacturer with a portfolio of recognized brands and a strong market position across multiple retail channels. As the organization continues to evolve, they are seeking a high-potential finance leader to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and executive leadership teams to improve commercial performance and support strategic growth initiatives. Job Description Reporting directly into the CFO, the Senior Manager, Commercial Finance & FP&A will serve as a key business partner to commercial leadership, providing financial insight, analytics, and decision support across revenue growth, pricing, product profitability, and marketing investment. Main duties and responsibilities include the following: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial Leadership to drive profitable growth initiatives. Lead revenue forecasting, sales planning, and commercial performance analysis. Evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, margin optimization, and promotional effectiveness. Develop data-driven insights that connect commercial activities to financial outcomes. Support new product initiatives through forecasting, profitability modeling, and business case development. Analyze promotional programmes and marketing investments to improve return on investment. Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership. Build financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities and business initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision-making. Identify process improvements and enhance analytical capabilities across the finance organization. Mentor and develop junior finance talent within a growing finance function. The Successful Applicant In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of progressive finance experience Experience within a consumer products, manufacturing, or product-driven business environment Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, sales finance, revenue management, or business partnering Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial teams Demonstrated expertise in pricing analysis, margin management, and profitability modeling Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience presenting financial insights to senior management Exposure to data analytics tools and large data sets is highly desirable.
