KBW is working with a high-growth, private equity-backed global technology and manufacturing company in search of a Senior Finance Business Partner to have a direct impact on business performance and strategic decision-making. This role will be closely partnered with senior operational and executive leadership, serving as a key financial advisor to a major business division. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit and operational leadership. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and P&L analysis. Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods and explain key variances. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions. Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Accounting on business initiatives. Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Develop dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and business performance. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership. Support pricing, investment, and commercial decisions with data-driven analysis. Ensure financial plans and reporting accurately reflect operational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 7+ years of progressive Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering experience. Manufacturing experience required. Experience owning or supporting a P&L. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation:
