We're looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to bridge the gap between financial analysis and business strategy as we plan our next stage of growth. In this role, you'll spend your time: Building financial models that stress-test strategic options, not just track historical performance Partnering directly with executive leadership on business case development for new initiatives Leading or supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts Digging into business performance data to surface trends leadership needs to know about Contributing financial perspective to M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning Building presentations and materials that make complex financial information accessible to non-finance leaders Working cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business unit leaders to keep planning grounded in reality Looking for ways to sharpen and speed up the FP&A process itself You're a strong fit if you have: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field a CPA is a big plus Public accounting background, also a big plus 4+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance A knack for financial modeling that goes beyond spreadsheets into real business judgment The communication skills to present findings to people who don't live in Excel all day Comfort managing several strategic priorities without losing precision The practical details: Hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. You'll work closely with senior leadership from day one; this isn't a role where your analysis sits in a folder; it's one where it shapes decisions.
