Bob Mills Mitsubishi is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join their growing family.

Family-Oriented Culture Responsibilities F&I Product Sales:
Present and sell competitive financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to maximize dealership profitability and provide customer peace of mind.
Lender & Manufacturer Relations:
Partner closely with manufacturer and external lending sources to secure the best rates, programs, and approvals for our guests.
Sales Team Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers and consultants to maximize front- and back-end gross while delivering a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
Product Education:
Provide clear, transparent explanations of aftermarket products and protection plans so guests feel completely confident in their purchase.
Compliance & Documentation:
Accurately process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork — ensuring absolute compliance with title, lien, and tax regulations on finance and cash deals.
Financial Reporting & CITs:
Prepare monthly finance penetration reports and actively track Contracts in Transit (CITs) to ensure swift funding and healthy cash flow.
Sales Team Training:
Educate the sales team on current lease/finance programs and coach them on how to effectively introduce protection packages to guests.
Goal Achievement:
Partner with leadership to set ambitious monthly finance goals and relentlessly drive the team to crush them.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of dealership finance experience required.
Schedule:
Full-time availability, including Saturdays (always closed on Sundays!).
Education:
Degree in Finance or Business preferred (or the equivalent real-world hustle).
Skills:
Strong proficiency in math, marketing, and navigating dealership management systems (DMS).
Customer Service:
Strong commitment to "family-style" customer care and relentless follow-up.
Communication:
Crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills.
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
