Accounting and Finance Manager Pasadena, Texas (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Base Salary:

$95,000 - $115,000 + Yearly Bonus About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a hands-on Accounting / Finance Manager to support both financial planning and core accounting functions within a lean finance team. This role blends FP&A responsibilities such as reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with accounting support including month-end close, cash flow monitoring, and AR oversight. The position partners closely with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$95K - $115K Plus yearly bonus Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and support for month-end and year-end close Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and financial reporting Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operational needs Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Partner with operations and leadership to respond to financial inquiries and provide financial insights Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company environment Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience supporting both accounting operations and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports and analyze financial data Hands-on, self-starter comfortable working in a lean team and wearing multiple hats Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with operations and leadership About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
