Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse team of finance specialists, ensuring high performance and professional development through coaching and mentorship. Oversee daily operations within the financial department. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven decision making to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Coordinate training initiatives to enhance team capabilities when needed. Perform various financial functions such as journal entries, tax returns, budgets, audits, etc. Complete other various accounting procedures Participate in cross-training to support team coverage during absences Training will be provided on our proprietary software and in a Team Leader role. While specific responsibilities will be assigned, our Financial Team is collaborative and versatile. Experience & Skills Required Proven leadership experience managing teams with a focus on financial services. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing projects, and implementing process improvements as needed. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word) and Adobe PDF processes. Excellent communication skills in English. Familiarity with management principles related to coaching and team development. General computer proficiency; technical aptitude is an advantage Leadership experience: 2 Years (Required) Adobe experience: 3 Years (Required)Application Process Helpful Qualifiers Knowledge of budgetary principles and an understanding of Legal and/or Bankruptcies are a plus.
