Job Description

We are hiring an F&I Producer to help customers complete the finance and insurance portion of their vehicle purchase in a professional, compliant, and customer-focused way. This is a producing role, not a director position, and it is well suited for someone who builds trust quickly, communicates clearly with customers, and stays flexible while moving deals forward in a fast-paced dealership environment. In addition to generating F&I income, this role supports the sales management team by stepping in where needed to help the dealership deliver a smooth, efficient buying experience. Core Responsibilities Guide customers through financing and payment options after a vehicle purchase agreement is reached Present eligible F&I products to every customer, every time, using a clear and consistent process Conduct customer interviews to understand needs, explain available options, and support a smooth delivery experience Complete accurate paperwork, funding packages, product disclosures, and compliance documentation Process cancellations and respond to post-sale F&I questions as needed Help desk deals, structure transactions, and support trade appraisals and vehicle acquisition opportunities when needed Assist with closing sales and provide backup support to sales managers during busy periods or coverage gaps Coach salespeople on deal flow, customer communication, product awareness, and effective handoffs into F&I Maintain daily, monthly, and as-needed reporting, including StoneEagle production reports, internal production reports, daily sales reports, and other dealership reporting needs Required Skills & Abilities Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to build confidence throughout the buying process Comfortable balancing customer interaction with documentation, compliance, and follow-through Able to shift between priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Team-oriented approach with a willingness to step in and support broader dealership needs Working knowledge of finance documentation, product presentation, and dealership sales processes Other Requirements Reports to the
GSM Hours:
Monday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; additional hours as needed to support customers, sales volume, and dealership needs Regular weekly day off will be coordinated with team goals and customer coverage needs Prior experience in automotive finance and insurance, dealership sales support, or a closely related role preferred
Pay:
From $110,000.00 per year
