Full-Time Overview:

JQ Medical Supply, a leading provider of durable medical equipment with a focus on diabetic equipment and supplies, is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented DME Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This role is essential for managing all aspects of billing and compliance with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial billing processes and a keen eye for accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for leading a team of intake, billing and collection specialists, providing guidance, training and performance management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, from intake, authorization, billing to collections. Ensure compliance with current Medicare and commercial billing guidelines and regulations. Analyze and resolve billing and reimbursement discrepancies. Work closely with team members, patients and Insurance plans to ensure accurate billing information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Medicare policies and procedures. Review patient accounts and records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate effectively with team members, patients and Insurance plans to address any billing concerns. Conduct regular audit to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Generate and analyze reports on billing, collections and revenue cycle performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Track and report key performance indicators related to revenue cycle. Handle escalated inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide training, support and performance evaluation to staff. Monitor and manage accounts receivable to optimize collections and reduce days sales outstanding Foster a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties related to RCM as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in DME billing and collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferably within the DME industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and requirements. Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Travel:

Minimal travel, 5•10%.
