Role Description This is a full-time role for a Financial Manager specializing in Restaurant & Health & Wellness Operations. The Financial Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the portfolio company. Day-to-day tasks include budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and analysis. The role requires collaborating with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and compliance. Developing financial strategies, managing accounting procedures, and monitoring performance metrics are essential components of this position. Additionally, the Financial Manager will be responsible for risk management and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Requirements Account Receivables P&L Management Payroll General Ledger Sales Tax Prep & Filing End of Year Tax Prep Budgeting & Forecasting Cash Flow management Qualifications Strong skills in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis Knowledge in Accounting Procedures and Compliance Ability to develop Financial Strategies and monitor Performance Metrics Solid skills in Risk Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently.
