Job Description

The Hampton Roads Market is seeking a part-time Financial Aid Administrative Assistant. The Financial Aid Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting current and prospective students with many aspects of financial aid. This includes working closely with students while completing the financial aid process. Efficiently assists in the completion of the FAFSA, Loan application and other financial aid documentation as needed with incoming students. Follows up with students on any missing or inaccurate information. Adheres to all Federal and State Financial Aid Guidelines. Student records filing. Performs all other assigned duties by Financial Aid Manager.
