Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Motorcycle Dealer Finance Manager to lead our dealership's financing operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of motorcycle financing, ensuring seamless loan processing and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help customers secure the best financing options while maximizing dealership profitability. Must be a motorcycle enthusiast. Responsibilities Manage the entire loan approval process, including credit analysis, transaction structuring, and documentation review to ensure accuracy. Develop strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication about financing options, upselling appropriate products like insurance and warranties, and guiding clients through the loan process from application to title processing. Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closing by structuring transactions that meet both customer needs and dealership goals. Conduct thorough credit analysis by evaluating client financial information using basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency to assess risk accurately. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including contracts, titles, and compliance documentation, while ensuring timely submission for title processing and registration. Experience Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within a dealership or vehicle sales environment. Strong background in customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the financing process. Demonstrated ability in financial services related to automotive or motorcycle loans, including transaction structuring, credit analysis, and contract negotiation. Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or comparable financial software platforms. Experience in upselling finance products like insurance policies or extended warranties to enhance customer value. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to close deals effectively. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
