When you join us, you'll enjoy: A fun, fast-paced workplace where your skills and ideas matter A positive and collaborative environment that values your contributions Ongoing training, coaching, and career development to help you reach your full potential The chance to work with trusted brands and a team that's passionate about doing things the right way Finance Manager Job Responsibilities Own the finance and insurance (F&I) process — guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products with confidence and clarity Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability Clearly explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation
Finance Manager Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:
Make between $180,000
