Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments using accounting software such as QuickBooks. Supervise office staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to foster a productive work environment. Handle bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with financial reporting to support organizational planning and decision-making. Support human resources activities such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, maintaining confidential personnel records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Coordinate event planning for meetings or organizational events, including logistics, vendor management, and participant communication. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally via phone or email while maintaining high standards of communication etiquette. Skills Proven experience in office management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial software tools. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and managing multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of bookkeeping practices, budgeting processes, payroll administration, and vendor management. Experience in event planning, calendar management, filing systems, and clerical duties within a professional setting.
