In this vital role, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial health through accurate reporting and analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse accounting functions while utilizing advanced financial software and tools. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, supporting audits, and fostering a culture of financial excellence. Responsibilities Review, verify, and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents to confirm accuracy Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, wire transfers, or other approved methods Maintain vendor files, update contact and payment details, and correspond with suppliers to resolve discrepancies Reconcile vendor statements and A/P records to prevent duplicates or missing payments Investigate and resolve invoice issues, ensuring correct application of discounts and terms Enter invoice data into accounting systems, code expenses to the correct accounts and cost centers Assist in month-end closing, prepare accruals, and support financial reporting Ensure all AP processes follow company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements Analyze AP processes to identify ways to improve accuracy and speed Manage general ledger accounting processes, including journal entries, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping Join us in this engaging role where your expertise will directly impact our organization's success!
