Job Description

This is a full-time staff position. Performs a combination of duties related to the processing and monitoring of business transactions for an academic, research, administrative or auxiliary department. Responsible for managing Division accounts and financial aid accounts, including tracking expenses, processing orders for supplies and equipment, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Oversees reimbursement processing through Concur for approximately 150 Division employees as well as students. Responsible for onboarding vendors, processing requisitions and purchase orders, managing invoices, preparing internal requisitions, and troubleshooting payment issues in coordination with vendors and the USC Purchasing Department. Support student employment processes by initiating the hiring of student workers and Graduate Assistants Maintain efficient financial operations within the Division by processing deposits through the Cashier's Office and managing claims for electronic transfers.
Minimum Education:
High school or equivalent, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education

2 years

Directly related office financial experience to provide a knowledge of accounts payable, income and expense accounting and reconcilement, and budget preparation. USC is an equal opportunity employer.
