We are looking for an exceptional Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the travel and expense process end-to-end with a small team of 4 people. Note this is a contract role to start, however has the potential to be converted to a full time position with strong performance. What You'll Do Review employee expense reports to ensure expenses are within company policy which includes checking receipts, expense coding, expense explanation, etc Perform audits and analysis on employee expenses Provide assistance to employees who have questions or issues with the expense submission, policies, tools, or workflows Assist in coding and reviewing corporate credit card expenses Assist in special projects to improve the travel and expense process What You Bring

BA/BBA/BS
