Finance Specialist

    Job Description Job Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual-Korean Finance Specialist to
    support accounting and finance operations.

This role is responsible for

payment processing, account reconciliations, financial reporting

support, cash management, and assisting with month-end and year-end

closing activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical,

and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process ACH payments and international wire transfers.
  • Perform bank account and corporate credit card reconciliations.
  • Manage vendor registration and verify vendor banking information.
  • Assist with bank loan administration and tracking.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow
    projections.
  • Prepare and maintain required tax documentation, including 1042 and
    1099 reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Complete special projects and other accounting duties assigned.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting and
    closing activities.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 0 to 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with account reconciliations and payment processing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
    environment.
