Job DescriptionJob Description Job Description Finance Processing Specialist Full-Time | Great Falls, MT Montana Commercial Credit is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance Processing Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients, equipment dealers, and financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate completion of finance agreements. Your primary objective is to help customers successfully finalize their financing and facilitate prompt payment to dealers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to accuracy and client service. Key Responsibilities:
Review customer files and verify all information prior to generating finance documents Prepare and audit finance agreements for accuracy and completeness Communicate with clients and dealers via phone and email to gather required documentation Ensure compliance with banking and institutional guidelines throughout the funding process Conduct verbal verifications with both customers and dealers Track and provide daily updates to internal staff and external parties Assist customers with understanding agreement terms, obligations, and next steps Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions Proactively identify potential issues or delays and provide alternative solutions Support cross-selling of products and help strengthen dealer and client relationships Stay current on internal policies and external lending regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Understanding of direct and indirect lending practices preferred Familiarity with finance-related regulations and compliance standards Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Customer service mindset with a solutions-driven approach Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
