The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. Requirements Essential duties and responsibilities Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs) Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability Support revenue recognition and project status reporting Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets Prepare variance analyses and management reports Support invoice reviews and contract modifications Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 3+ years of program controls experience Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP.
