Job Description Assists with resolving complex billing related issues, insurance appeals, bad debt avoidance and sensitive customer service inquiries. Job Responsibility
  • Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex financial services issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • With limited guidance, responsible for moderately complex to complex financial services assignments/projects
  • Identifies areas for possible financial services improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility
  • Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions within financial services
  • Normally receives minimal instruction on day to-day work, general instruction on new assignments. Often determines methods/approach to work/projects and establishes own work priorities and timelines
  • May model/mentor and teach team members within financial services
  • May have some functional supervision duties and tasks (e.g., project management) Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience, required.
