A Financial Operations Specialist specializes in foreseeing or carrying out financial transactions or other routine operations that are influenced by compliance needs. Requires some knowledge of accounting, billing, customer service and contracts. Helps businesses and their customers resolve financial billing and reconciliation issues.
Endeavor Global is seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic team member to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Finance team supports Endeavor's mission by managing the headquarter's finance operations, budgeting, and accounting practices. This role will participate in process improvement initiatives across key finance operations such as expense management, budgeting, planning, and reconciliations. The intern will also assist with documenting workflows, supporting system implementations or enhancements, and contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed. This position offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, process optimization, and emerging technologies within a collaborative team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility #1: Analyze and document financial workflows (such as budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations) to identify automation opportunities Responsibility #2: Work hand-in-hand with the Finance team to pitch, test, and deploy identified solutions that can help replace manual effort Responsibility #3: Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines.
