Financial Assistance Specialist Position Details:
Location:
Hybrid (after two weeks of onsite training), with the option to complete remote training on your personal computer until BayCare equipment is received. Quarterly onsite meetings may be required.

8:00am - 6:30pm (4 10-hour shifts)
Days:
Monday through Friday / Every other Saturday This Financial Assistance Specialist opportunity is a full-time hybrid position. Team members must reside in Florida. This role requires onsite training in Tampa, Plant City, and Clearwater for 10 business days. The schedule is M-W 8:00AM-4:30PM / TH-FR 8:30AM - 5:00PM (after training, the team members will work the hours listed above).
Responsibilities:
The Financial Assistance Specialist is responsible for identifying ER patients thru bedside assessment and interviews who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from community agencies. May act as a liaison between the patient and community agencies. The Financial Assistance Specialist must be able to clearly document all activities.
