Product Support Specialist - join our talented Support Team As part of our Product Support Team, you will be working with our customers, Financial Advisors in helping them to utilize our software to create financial plans for their clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
: Assist Financial Advisors by answering a variety of in-depth questions on RightCapital's financial planning software. Manage a large workload of inbound chats and phone calls to aid Financial Advisors in their understanding of the platform. Research, troubleshoot, and submit tickets to our aggregation provider and follow through to resolution. Expand your financial planning and product knowledge through ongoing coaching sessions with our Training Team. Work closely with our Product Support Leads to further develop your research, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Stay up to date with frequent product enhancements and new features by participating in training sessions, reading help center materials, and testing functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience in a client services/ customer service/ support role preferred Financial services experience preferred Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics) preferred FINRA Securities Industry Essential (SIE) or similar is a plus SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to gather and analyze information to solve problems; willing to look for efficiencies that can be made to improve the customer experience and internal processes Motivated self-starter who can effectively interact with team members Organized with strong time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, etc). Experience with MAC iOS preferred
