Own end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, interpreting contract terms, executing payments in disbursement systems, and performing variance and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute complex rebate payments in disbursement systems, maintaining strict accuracy and timeliness metrics. Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned client contracts, setup logic, and specific rebate terms. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Billing, Legal, Underwriting, and Rebate Analytics to resolve operational issues and improve processes. Conduct root cause and variance analyses on payment discrepancies and perform independent research to address stakeholder inquiries. Identify operational inefficiencies in established disbursement workflows and support ad hoc financial initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in complex financial, rebate, or payment operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; SQL experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and priority-shifting skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
