+ Bonus Midpoint Auto Group, an established Buy Here Pay Here dealership in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a dependable, results-driven Collections Specialist to join our in-house finance team. You will manage assigned delinquency queues, secure payments and payment commitments, maintain accurate account records, and help protect the portfolio—all while communicating professionally and following company policy.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, with rotating Saturdays Key Responsibilities Contact customers through approved phone, text, and email workflows regarding past-due auto accounts Secure, document, and follow up on promises to pay Work assigned delinquency queues, including 1-7, 8-15, and 16-30 days past due Keep thorough, accurate account notes and payment-status updates in IDMS Assist with authorized GPS, starter-interrupt, and account-protection procedures when needed Coordinate approved recovery and repossession escalations with management Maintain professionalism and comply with all company policies and applicable collections requirements Qualifications At least 1 year of collections experience required; auto-finance or BHPH experience strongly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a daily account queue Comfortable working toward performance goals in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus TCN dialer and/or IDMS experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses Paid training and career-growth opportunities A stable, accountable team where strong performance is recognized To apply, email your resume and a short summary of your collections experience to , or apply in person at our office.
