Job Description One of our largest financial clients is looking for a Financial Compliance Specialist sitting in El Paso, TX. This person is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of payroll, tax, and benefits-related funds while minimizing financial risk. This role investigates funding discrepancies, reconciles financial transactions, resolves receivables issues, and supports clients, banks, and internal partners to ensure compliance with established controls and procedures

• Manage payroll, tax, and benefits funding activities, adjustments, and disbursements
• Research and resolve funding discrepancies, returned payments, and receivables issues
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis to identify and mitigate risk
• Partner with clients, banks, and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
• Maintain compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Pay Range

• $28•30 HR Skills and Requirements•1-2+ years of experience in payroll, banking, finance, compliance, or related operations•Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skills•Knowledge of payroll processing, banking transactions, and financial controls•Excellent communication and customer service skills•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
