This is a client-facing advisory role supporting individuals and families with retirement and life insurance planning and financial literacy.

What You Will Do:

Conduct client consultations (virtual and in-person) to assess retirement and life insurance needs Educate clients on retirement strategies, life insurance, and financial protection options Maintain accurate client records using company systems Participate in required training, coaching, and compliance meetings

Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States Able to commute to Plano, TX 75024 for training and meetings Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and coachable Ability to meet role expectations and performance standards

Licensing & Training:

Texas Life Insurance License required for the role Unlicensed candidates must obtain licensure within a defined onboarding period Company provides study materials, training platform, and mentorship
