Responsibilities:

+ Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for multiple legal entities. + Deliver management reporting packages, financial analysis, and presentation materials that support executive decision-making. + Evaluate and record complex accounting matters, including estimates and journal entries, in alignment with

U.S. GAAP

. + Conduct technical accounting research, assist with adoption of new guidance, and maintain clear accounting policy documentation. + Coordinate with external auditors by assembling schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for reviews and annual audits. + Oversee critical close activities such as reconciliations, accruals, prepaid accounting, fixed assets, depreciation, and cost allocations. + Recommend and implement improvements that enhance the efficiency, consistency, and automation of accounting and reporting processes. + Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and broader departmental initiatives as business needs evolve. Requirements The ideal Financial Reporting Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Other requirements for the Financial Reporting Manager role include and are not limited to: + 5 years of public accounting experience + Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. + Experience within financial services industries preferred. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with overall proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
