full-time We are looking for a highly technical Financial Controller to join our team and lead the accounting, reporting, and financial planning functions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in building structure, improving processes, and leveraging systems to create scalable finance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and FP&A , along with a proven track record of supporting or leading ERP implementations . Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred. We are also seeking someone with the technical ability to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and finance processes from the ground up , particularly using Power BI , Tableau , or similar business intelligence tools. What You'll Do Own and lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process Prepare and oversee timely, accurate financial reporting and management reporting packages Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process as part of the FP&A function Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making Drive process improvement across accounting and finance, with a focus on automation and scalability Lead or support ERP implementation, optimization, and integration efforts Serve as a key finance partner for systems such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Design and implement finance processes and controls from scratch where needed Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and business leaders to improve reporting and data accuracy Support audit readiness, reconciliations, and continuous improvement of internal controls What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred Progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles Strong background in technical accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A Experience owning the month-end close process Prior experience with ERP system implementations Hands-on experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred Experience creating reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and processes from the ground up Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge Excellent communication, project management, and process improvement skills Why This Role This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a role that blends accounting leadership, financial strategy, systems expertise, and business intelligence .
