Help Deloitte clients modernize finance and strengthen record-to-report operations. As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and manage risk. You will help clients transform finance into a stronger strategic business partner. Recruiting for this role ends on 05/31/27. Work you'll do As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Transformation Record to Report team, you will be responsible for: Assess controllership and record-to-report processes, identify gaps, and develop transformation roadmaps. Design solutions using process, technology, governance, and operating model improvements. Apply accounting, regulatory, and compliance requirements to finance transformation initiatives. Improve finance data, cost transparency, close and consolidation, and reporting processes. Manage client relationships, engagement planning, economics, proposals, and team development activities. We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.
Qualifications Required:
6+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, or cost accounting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management, Economics, Business, or Information Systems Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Cost Accountant (CCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) credential, or progress toward one Experience with Alteryx workflows or Microsoft 365 Copilot Experience with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Accounting Experience with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Experience using or administering enterprise resource planning (ERP) finance and reporting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or JD Edwards Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, requirements definition, financial modeling, or value mapping The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
