External Financial Reporting Manager:
Lead the monthly financial consolidation process and internal/external financial reporting activities. Manage SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings. Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial reporting governance processes. External Financial Reporting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Active CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
