External Financial Reporting Manager:

Lead the monthly financial consolidation process and internal/external financial reporting activities. Manage SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings. Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial reporting governance processes. Support executive leadership through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Lead and develop accounting staff, including oversight of consolidation team members. External Financial Reporting Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Active CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience. Public accounting experience strongly preferred, ideally at the Manager or Senior Manager level supporting public company clients. Strong SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, SOX, and financial consolidation experience.
