Director, Financial Reporting Salary:
$180,000 – $200,000

Director, Financial Reporting:
  • Lead the preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and support 8-K and Proxy reporting activities
  • Own external financial disclosures and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and
U.S. GAAP
requirements
  • Manage quarterly and annual reporting cycles across key finance and business stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance disclosure controls, SOX certifications, and reporting governance processes
  • Partner with external auditors and provide technical accounting guidance on reporting matters Qualifications for the
Director, Financial Reporting:
  • 10+ years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, or public company financial reporting
  • Strong experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings within a publicly traded company environment
  • Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, Regulation S-X, Regulation S-K, and
U.S. GAAP
