Days Remote Compensation:
Up to $135,000 Base Salary +

Preferred, Not Required About the Opportunity We are seeking a Private Equity Reporting Manager to join a growing and sophisticated investment organization in Malvern, PA. This is a highly visible role responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial statement reporting and analysis , excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience within private equity, investment management, asset management, or another complex financial services environment is highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who wants to take ownership of a critical reporting function while working closely with senior leadership and other areas of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reporting packages. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Analyze financial results, trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Prepare detailed financial reporting and analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders. Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered within established deadlines. Review general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Assist with the preparation of financial reporting for investment entities and related structures. Partner with accounting, investment, operations, and other internal teams to resolve reporting issues and improve processes. Support audits and provide schedules, documentation, and analysis to external auditors. Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies. Assist with technical accounting and financial reporting matters as needed. Develop and maintain reporting schedules, supporting documentation, and analytical models. Provide financial insights and analysis that support business and investment-related decision-making. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience. Strong experience preparing and/or analyzing financial statements is required . Experience working with complex financial data, investment entities, portfolio companies, funds, or multiple legal entities is highly desirable. Private equity, asset management, investment management, or financial services experience is a plus. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Ability to analyze financial results and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership. Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial reporting systems. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy. CPA is preferred but not required.
