SEC Reporting Manager Location:
Austin, TX (Hybrid) A growing publicly traded company is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to join its Corporate Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in external reporting, technical accounting, and compliance within a dynamic, evolving organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Research and interpret new accounting and reporting standards (SEC and US GAAP). Partner with accounting, finance, legal, and external auditors to support reporting requirements. Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives. Develop and maintain accounting policies for complex accounting areas. Lead special projects and help drive process improvements. Qualifications CPA required (or all parts passed). 5-7+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or SEC reporting experience. Public company and/or public accounting experience required. Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, US GAAP, and SOX compliance. Experience with reporting and consolidation tools is a plus. Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively.
