$130,000 – $150,000 + 15% bonus Key Responsibilities for the
SEC Reporting Manager:
Lead the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
  • Manage SEC reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements
  • Research technical accounting matters and new accounting standards
  • Mentor and develop reporting team members while driving process improvements Qualifications for the
SEC Reporting Manager:
CPA required
  • 6+ years of public accounting and/or public company experience
  • SEC reporting and technical accounting expertise
