Role Description The Financial Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, helping clients develop personalized financial plans, and providing ongoing guidance as their needs evolve. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess financial goals, analyzing current financial situations, and recommending insurance, investment, and retirement planning solutions aligned with Northwestern Mutual's offerings. The Financial Representative will educate clients on financial strategies, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up regularly to adjust plans as circumstances change. The role also involves prospecting new clients, networking within the community, and staying current on financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Finance, such as analyzing financial data, understanding cash flow, and interpreting market and economic information. Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment, with a commitment to acting in clients' best interests. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with the ability to manage time effectively and grow a client base through networking and referrals. Relevant licenses (such as state insurance licenses and securities registrations) or willingness and ability to obtain them within required timeframes. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience and skills will be considered.
