Finance & Insurance Representative Department:
Finance & Insurance Reports To:
Sales Manager Join Our Team We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Representative to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you'll help customers secure financing, protection plans, and insurance products while creating an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Guide customers through financing and insurance options for new and used motorcycle purchases Present protection products, extended service plans, warranties, and additional dealership offerings Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing approvals Prepare and process finance and sales paperwork accurately and efficiently Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and insurance providers Promote accessories, ready-to-ride packages, and other value-added products Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain compliance with dealership policies and finance regulations Stay current on financing programs, product knowledge, and industry trends What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer service, automotive, or powersports experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning finance and insurance products and systems Basic computer and data entry skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license required Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain one if required by state law Why Join Us?
