Job Duties and Description:

Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner Displays and explains all tanning/spa services and products Answers and transfers phone calls in a timely and professional manner Schedules appointments for members Processes member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers, and payments Meets weekly sales goal expectations Ensures and maintains overall cleanliness of salon Cleaning tanning beds and spa services in a timely manner Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service experience Demonstrable abilities in customer service and multi-tasking Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Must possess high levels of Integrity, reliability and flexibility 1+ years' experience in a retail sales environment preferred Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to multitask in a fast

Availability:

Full-Time 25-40, Part-time 15-25 hours a week Must be flexible and available to work nights and weekends!!

Shifts vary within these times:

Monday

• Sunday 8:30am
