Blue Mountain is centrally located in Vacaville specializing in heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical contractor. Since 1981, homeowners, builders, general contractors and property managers in California and Nevada have relied on Blue Mountain to design, install and repair most major systems in homes, multi-family communities and assisted living complexes.

About The Position:

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the processing of orders received from the field and ensuring they are filled and delivered accurately in an efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the dispatch and scheduling of deliveries to the field. Print and prepare order documents for warehouse and fab shop and schedule for delivery. Fill backorder items as necessary and communicate to field supervisors when back orders occur. Prepare and process other requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, signing off as necessary. Work with Field to process MOF orders and scheduling of upcoming Roughs, Top Outs and Finish orders for delivery. Interact closely with Estimating Department for negotiation of purchasing sales, monitor changes in demand, price trends, market conditions and future markets. Troubleshoot price discrepancies and other conflicts as arisen. Perform all other related duties as directed. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent. Requires 1year minimum prior experience in purchasing, or related field; strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and materials highly preferred. Must be computer literate. Need Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience. Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats. Must possess organizational skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have strong problem solving and leadership skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with other Blue Mountain Inc.employees, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily indoors. Lighting is artificial. Equipment used includes standard office equipment i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine, printer and copier. Physical demands include sitting, repetitive use of hands, grasping, walking, standing, bending over, climbing, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling and light lifting as required to perform job duties. Hours and days are primarily Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekends required. Position requires contact with Blue Mountain Inc. employees and outside vendors.

Pay Range:

$21 - $22 per hour
