Responsibilities The Liquidity Analyst collaborates withthe Liquidity team,Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Treasury to support liquidity optimization, enhance deposit stability, and inform balance sheet decisions. This role applies analyticalexpertiseto evaluate deposit trends and liquidity dynamics, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business partners. Working across teams, the Liquidity Analyst contributes to strategic initiatives by supporting analysis that informs pricing, product, and portfolio decisions, while advancing ONB's priorities around organic growth, client experience, and sales effectiveness. The role supports deposit growth and portfolio optimization efforts by analyzing deposit performance,assistingwith earnings credit rate evaluations, and partnering withothers on the Liquidity team,Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Consultants, and Product teams to develop client-focused liquidity insights. TheAnalyst helps build andmaintaindashboards, reporting, and models, and contributes to analysis of deposit flows across commercial segments. Additionally,the LiquidityAnalystmonitorskey liquidity and funding trends,identifiesemerging risks and opportunities, and escalates insights to senior team members to support informed decision-making. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $62,300/yr - $122,400/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location Key Accountabilities Liquidity & FundingSupport Monitor deposit trends and support analysis of the bank's liquidity position in collaboration with Corporate Treasury and Commercial leadership. Assistin analyzing deposit flows across segments toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities. Support initiatives tied to deposit growth and client primacy by providing data and insights to leadership and frontline teams. Contribute to pricing and profitability analysis (e.g., ECR, deposit behavior), helpinginformrecommendations. Participate in evaluating deposit mix and funding considerations, surfacing insights and observations for senior stakeholders. Support segment and product teams with performance tracking and insights for targeted deposit strategies. Support for Treasury Management (TM) Product & Client Solutions Partner with TM Sales and Product teams to support the development of liquidity solutions and pricingapproaches. Assist in preparing client-level liquidity analysis for relationship managers and deal teams. Translate data into clear, client-friendly insights to support conversations and deepen relationships. Provide input into internal discussions related to liquidity positioning and client solutions. Analytics& Reporting Develop andmaintaindashboards and reporting tools to track deposit trends and liquidity metrics. Ensure data accuracy and highlight key insights for leadership review. Summarize findings into clear, concise reports and presentations. Support ongoing enhancements to reporting tools and analytics processes. Qualifications and Education Requirements BS/BA degree in Business/Finance preferred or H.S. diploma/GED with equivalent experience. 5+years of banking experience preferred with3+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Treasury Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, or Commercial Banking preferred (or equivalent demonstratedexpertise). Demonstrated knowledge of commercial deposits, pricing, and liquidity behavior, including the ability to interpret macro/market drivers and translate them into portfolio actions. Solidknowledge of Commercial/TM products within ONB's business model and strategic plan; able toshare relevant informationacross stakeholders while adhering toestablishedpolicies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Demonstrated willingness to learn, implementfeedbackand act.
