This position will provide administrative support including account review, handling questions from agents or Unit Manager / Department Manager, and interaction with Internal and External customers. A solid understanding of policy and procedures, time management, and organizational skills are a must in this position. In the Role Review and process account transactions Learn about automobile titles and liens. Learn about insurance products and insurance claims. Take inbound calls from insurance companies impound yards and various departments Contacting outside companies via telephone regarding automobiles. Communicate with various departments and branches.
