Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Representative role is based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Financial Representative will meet with clients and prospects to assess their financial goals, explain suitable insurance and investment options, and develop personalized financial and retirement plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, presenting product recommendations, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves building and managing a local client portfolio through networking, referrals, and community engagement, as well as participating in ongoing training on products, compliance, and market trends. The Financial Representative collaborates with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients' long-term financial security. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience. Past college D1 athlete or the like. Military background. Past business owner. High School Diploma (Must Have) Bachelor's degree (Preferred, but not a deal breaker)
