Ten or more years of experience as a Commercial Banker The ability to develop and manage a portfolio of up to $100MM Knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures. Commercial Banker III:

Analyze the credit history of applicants and determines their loan repayment capabilities. Negotiate credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications. Develop and maintain interest rate structure to be consistent with financial institution policies and procedures, and to be competitive with current market rates. Evaluate potential and existing customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations to leadership. Review new laws and regulations that influence business lending within Partners Bank and makes recommendations to leadership as necessary. Consistently generate new business opportunities in both loan and deposits. Make policy and procedure recommendations as needed.
